My mom is a helicopter parent who always wants to know what I am doing and still treats me like I am 8 years old. Gets offended when I say I want to move out. I am 19.

Also, don't know if it has to do with imprinting or some shit but I feel she has some contributing factor in my permavirginity. I am an average looking guy and I have had girls interested in me, but I always reject them because I know if I tell my mom I am going out with someone she will intrude into my private life and want to know everything about them and try and control what I do.

Until I have a place of my own I don't feel comfortable bringing a girl home because my mom will practically be spying on me.
