Day 1 of nofap. My longest record was 1 week and decided, why not? Regretted it immediately.

I'm nearing day 90.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Other than forcing you to search out "bio-cunts" as some robots call them for a sexual release, there's no magic superpowers. It forces you to adapt, so there's that, but yeah.

It's a test of will. If you have enough strength to forego fapping, and you continually do, you have the will to search out better women. You start feeling better about yourself, not because you stop jerking off, but because you can.
