Do you guys ever just start crying for no reason? Like I can

That happens to me sometimes, though over the last year or so I become extremely angry for no particular reason instead.

yes I've been randomly weepy recently but I think it's exacerbated by my sleep deprivation.

For the past two years I've been like that. I'll cry at almost anything. almost can't watch the news because every horrible story and every heart-warming story makes me cry.

Then I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with low testosterone so I read up on it and some of the symptoms of low-T are emotional swings and crying, probably associated with female hormones now being dominant in my body.

Don't know what to do now.

Low testosterone levels. Women, children, and betas frequently cry for no reason.

>stop at store and when I get out of my car there's a cell phone on the ground
>throw it in my car to figure out later how to get it to its owner
>come out of the store and see a guy walking around looking at the ground
>ask if he lost a cell phone
>he says yes
>grab the phone and hand it to him
>he's really grateful and says it fell out of his pocket twice and would be screwed if he lost it
>get in my car and sit there for a minute
>start crying uncontrollably

Yes i understand this, but i dont at fucking all, i started laughing really hard to something that wasn't that funny and then i teared up autistically and then realized what happened, ive been reassured that im a mentally ill retard
