Does anyone else get panic attacks? How do you deal with them in the moment? Those breathing exercises make me feel worse.
I started getting them over a month ago when I drank myself silly and did speedball like a few days later (in my defence I thought it was just coke). Since then I just feel weak mentally, get depersonalization a lot and often feel like I'm going to die soon. Even weed feels like too much now.
I don't know what to do anons.

My friend gave me anti anxiety pills once but they didn't work on me, it was pretty frustrating.

Pills do fuck all, you have to develop your own way. Once you get used to the feeling it's not that bad, i've had a panic attack once while i was with friends and they didn't even notice because i kept it under control.
Just try things out, and eventually it will be a piece of cake
