I lived in a 100 year old house that had silverfish all over the fuckin shop. You gotta vacuum real good and make sure all windows & carpet is sealed tight. Then do a bug bomb (preferably in the kitchen as it's easier to clean).. make sure you turn off your pilot light(s) if you have gas heat first tho

I get them often too (live in NYC). My most recent attack was like a month ago, a pretty big one was on my wall while I was on my laptop. I went to grab a vacuum, and when I came back it was gone. Spent a good 30 minutes waiting for it to come back, finally did, and got it.

oh my doctor ordered bloodwork and checked the "insect bite pallor" box so I probably have bug anesthetics bioaccumulated in my system or some shit. my skin is all yellow, but I also drink myself to sleep so it could be that too.

for like 15 years I have been spraying the fucking shit out of these things, we got an exterminator 8 years ago, he said the poison would only last like 5 years and they eventually came back and I lost two cats. I have to buy temprid/gentrol but it's at the point where it'd be more effective to just burn the fucking house down.

I have a few cracks in the floor and saw a silverfish a few days ago. I put insecticide into every crack I could find, hope that helps.

I have a fear of a small insect crawling inside my ears or nose. I am a light sleeper but I've been known to howl at the moon and maybe if I was really drunk I wouldn't wake up if one was on me and then they lay eggs on my brain and the babies are feasting on me
