You need to actively look for something that you're interested in faggit. There's something out there that you're bound to be into, but you just haven't found it yet. Whether it's a musical instrument, a trade, a craft, a sport, whatever, just choose something. It won't be fun at first, but it will become fun once you know what you're doing. Once you have that, you can shift your focus to other areas of self improvement.

But remember, none of this shit will "just happen." You need to ACTIVELY pursue it if you want to improve yourself. Good luck anon.
