Try writting down what you eat and when on an index card
If you can fit all the foods on one card then try cutting back until you can
Then try replacing one or two of those foods with fruits or veggies
Finally, do a workout and count that as one more food you can have. More workouts allows more food.

Become a more moral person. Do something good just for the sake of it. Your need to eat will ATLEAST diminish.
try having a glass of bleach with every meal, it'll sort you right out
Opposite problem here. I can't gain weight.
Which is great because my tiny abs are actually visible, but bad because i can't gain muscle either.
I know all i have to do is just eat more, but when you're full, it literally makes you gag, even if the food is delicious.

/fit/ wiki is a great resource. I also have difficulty "eating big," but I always make myself a protein shake with 50-75% of what I need for the day before working out and it's been working for me.
