Yeah try the elastic band method or just pinch your skin. Scream into a pillow or something, even verbally berating yourself is better than physically cutting. Why do you cut actually ? I did it a few times, personnally it s because it makes me feel powerful over my life, i didn t cared about anyhing anymore for like half an hour, knowing i could just kms at any point.
