I would probably go in the real world to do some light exercises for an hour everyday because if you stay unmoving for so long everyday you'll get muscle atrophy and to eat/use toilet but otherwise, my life would be entirely in the VR.

Ever seen the movie Vanilla Sky? I'd stay in virtual world till death. Real life is overrated.

I would probably spend as much time in a perfect VR simulator as much as I do now on video games. So at least several hours to at most a little over a third of an entire day, basically all my free recreational time available. I still need to eat, sleep, work, exercise, study, and do errands, and with perfect VR included in the picture, I will have absolutely no time for relationships, let alone marriage or children.
