r9k how do i fix my shitty sleep schedule?

here's how it goes

>go to sleep at 4am in the morning and wake up at 11am earliest, 3pm latest
>after a few days of this want to change my sleep schedule, decide that i'll stay up for 24 hours and sleep at 11pm, and i'll then be used to going to sleep at 11pm after that
>end up sleeping for 15 hours
>repeat Ad infinitum
