I do intermittent fasting sometimes. It's nice because I actually feel full of energy most days when I do it. My tummy is getting too big g, but I'll be damned if I do any major exercise

i used to do it but it just made my depression worse, i remember i had no energy so i just laid on my bed, while my body phisically hurting and thinking i would probably die any minute

I usually buy 50g, smoke it erryday then stop for 5-6 months to clear my head, rinse and repeat.
Only downside is insomnia, night sweats and no appetite for about two weeks after quitting.
