So I when to /fit/ and did SL5x5 for 2 months, had some decent gains and was wondering when I should start cutting

Truth be told I want to start cutting now but I've heard that it's it's easier to cut when you have more muscle. What do you guys think?

You likely realize your form is feminine to some degree despite your weight, and if this is just bait to get compliments from horny homobots, I am disappointed.

That said, if you legitimately want advice, consider:

1. Adding more accessories
2. Consuming more protein
3. Continuing SL/SS for at least 2-3 months longer, or until your beginner gains begin to cease. It's not helpful to cut so early. You can 'clean bulk' if you want to have a better form, though. Maybe just 300 calories above your TDEE.

Use a TDEE calculator from the internet to get an idea of what your TDEE may be. Eat less calories than that (300-500 deficit is good for most people). According to the laws of thermodynamics, you will lose weight. If you don't lose weight, it's because you're eating more calories than you think, and/or because your TDEE is lower than calculated.

Also, /fit/ doesn't care about people who try to improve themselves. /Fit/ just doesn't take bullshit from bullshitters. It's the best board by far.

Just eat under your TDEE. Don't avoid all your foods you like, but be fully conscious when you eat them. Eat in moderation, and you can lose weight on anything, even eating totino's, ice cream, hot pockets, whatever. You can lose weight on ANYTHING. Just remember to drink more water and sleep enough for the best results.

You're nowhere near ready to start cutting OP you need to do at least 2-4 more months. If you start to plateau change up the routine for a couple days and try to target the supporting muscle groups that you're struggling with. You're doing god's work and I'm really proud of you for doing something to take control of your life but it's not the time to get lazy, you got this!
