I don't think I have one. I'm down from 210 to 179 now. I eat 1-2 meals a day and tend to fast if I feel that I've eaten too much. I'm usually in the 1000-1200 calorie range. I'm overly fixated on my scale but I guess it's working as I haven't plateaued yet
