Summer classes anyone?
>>38243841
Only the unintelligent end up in summer classes.
Whiny blogpost incoming, decided not to use the OP for it
I got on ADD medication at last, have been putting extra effort into school and I'm still getting shit grades. I may be retarded. I'm going into my junior year so I'm balls-deep and thousands of my parents' dollars into this major (biology, the only STEM I genuinely like). Idk what to do anymore. I like school but it's not liking me, and I hate many of the classes that aren't directly related to my major. I have no field-related professional experience. I'm not even sure if I could get an internship with my mediocre grades.
I don't really know what to do. If I were paying for school myself I probably would have jumped ship or at least chosen a non-STEM major. But my parents have been paying in full for a school that's not exactly cheap and I don't want to turn to them and say that it's been a waste. I don't know what I'd do otherwise, anyway. The only professional talent I have is writing, especially research-based, but I doubt that can get me anywhere. I do still want to graduate because a college degree is the new high school degree but I honestly feel so useless that I'd kms if I wasn't so stubborn.

The unintelligent and the overachievers who want to graduate early. It's an interesting mix.

Fucking bored out of my mind taking only one class, actually considering applying for research to do something extra but just for the summer. Anyone know about research?
Working on campus during the summer. Finished up my BS in spring, working on my MBA come fall. I've been going to school for 18 years straight, another 2 years won't kill me
Yeah, taking one for my masters so I can finish it may 2018. It's absolutely worthless though.
>tfw too stupid to go to uni
could be worse lads

It took you six years to finish undergrad?
>>38243841
Taking an intro to DE class before starting uni full time in September
>>38244915
5 years, you're forgetting that school starts at kindergarten and not 1st grade. My state has free community college so I took an extra year to pick up skills like seeing, welding, Photoshop, and web design

Sewing not seeing

I'm taking intermediate I in the fall. What am I in for?
>>38243841
>tfw no internship because I just finished freshman year
>tfw wageslaving full time at walmart
kill me now lads
>>38244951
You gonna use any of those skills?
>>38245550
I've already used all of them multiple times. Saves me a lot of money and in some cases makes me money. Sewing is by far the most useful skill
>>38245595
That's pretty cool, I wish I had something like that.
>tfw taking 5 and a half years to graduate undergrad
