Pretty much the same here. I can get from extremaly depressed to happy in matter of few hours

Just start an experiemental rap/rap/whatever group with a good drummer, a bombastic frontman, and a prodigee in sound design and mixing/ whatever else he does

Depending on your age it could be hormones, else look into bipolar disorder. Seeing a psychologist, not just a psychiatrist, can be really helpful, probably wont cure you but they'll help you understand it and cope with it. Hang in there bud

I'm 25. I've always had problems but it seems to have really gotten bad the past year. I'll try to see one asap but I think it's gonna take a while, cheers anyway.
