I'm experiencing constant mood swings. 4 hours ago I was suicidal yet now I feel extremely positive about everything. Tomorrow when I wake up my mood could be in either place. There's no point me trying to progress with anything when I'm feeling good because within a few hours I can barely manage living never mind being productive. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do I need medication, am I just fucked?

Depending on your age it could be hormones, else look into bipolar disorder. Seeing a psychologist, not just a psychiatrist, can be really helpful, probably wont cure you but they'll help you understand it and cope with it. Hang in there bud

I'm 25. I've always had problems but it seems to have really gotten bad the past year. I'll try to see one asap but I think it's gonna take a while, cheers anyway.
