Does anyone else here daydream constantly?
I'll just create an alternate reality in my head, where i'm someone else, and just keep running through scenarios and fantasies with it until i move on to the next one.
I've been doing it for so many years that i don't even make a conscious effort about it anymore. It just keeps happening whenever my mind is not preoccupied with something else.

I do this too but maybe not to your extent. Mine usually involve myself just in different situations and circumstances, usually centered around my immediate environment, usually revolving around a huge war taking place in the city I live, or me exploring it alone, generally a few core settings/themes which I endlessly explore different ideas/scenarios within them
