I was bullied really badly in middle school so had low self esteem and was like this for a while afterwards. What honestly really helped my get over it was the realization that nobody cares and you don't matter. The people you know you probably won't know in 5 years and after high school everyone is so absorbed in their own lives to care. Shockingly managing problems using preventative care actual save money because full blown issues are harder and more costly to fix.
