Cogito ergo sum was an interesting development in western thought but if you actually read Meditationes de prima philosophia you'll realize that in Descsrtes' thought experiment where he doubts everything he never even considered doubting the existence of a benevolent Judeo-Christian God whose existence he uses to insist that conscious thought could not be the product of a malevolent force that is only fooling him into thinking he exists.

So really cogito ergo sum doesn't apply to anyone and even though all philosophy is unsubstantiated bullshit when you get down to its core people have come up with better ideas over the past 400 years.

Cogito Ergo Sum is not an ontological question, if that's what you mean (i.e. "do they exist, are they 'there'"). It's epistemological, i.e. it's the only thing we can know for certain (according to Descartes). Besides, if you truly understood the philosophy behind it, you'd know it only applies to whoever says it, so if you say it, women may just be a "malevolent demon" induced trick. As is literally everything else. At least read what you're talking about before applying it to your own warped view of the world.
