i argue that it is.
if you're skinny, all you have to do is lift and eat. some girls are into skinny guys, as long as they're tall.
if you're fat all you have to do is not eat so much. some girls are into fat guys because they look like they have an advantage in a fight.
skinnyfat is the worst of both worlds. nobody takes you seriously. you don't look intimidating, no woman has a skinnyfat fetish.
to get out of skinnyfat you have to get fat first and lifting at the same time.. then you have to stave yourself to get back down to a reasonable weight.

if you're skinny, eat low-fat sources of protein and NO OIL or BUTTER. eat lots of whole grains and plenty of green veggies. BEANS are king. the weight (fat) will fall off and you'll build muscle at the same time. trust me

you cannot build muscle and loose fat at the same time, moron.
you need to eat more calories than you burn to gain weight and burn more calories than you take in to loose weight.
they are mutually exclusive goals.
