If you take the pizza and don't pay for it, the cops will arrest you for theft.

If you don't take the pizza, the delivery guy has to eat up the cost of the pizza, the cost of the gas, and if he tampered with the pizza, he can't even eat it or donate it.

If the delivery guy calls the cops even though I didn't take the pizza, I would personally invite the cops out for dinner and pay for everything. They would hear my side of the story, see that I'm absolutely starving, and the pizza delivery guy would get in some seriously deep shit.
