First off, there are people alive who can already suck their own dicks without modifying their bodies. Secondly, removing a rib or two actually wouldn't help with flexibility at all. You'd be more likely to gain noticeable back flexibility by removing a vertebrae, which can't be done without paralyzing or killing you.
