>Laughs excessively at my shitty jokes, to the point where she has trouble calming down
>Tries to bring me into the conversation when she talks to other people by mentioning how awkward it must be for me to just stand off to the side while they talk
>Try to ask her for her number but can't get the words out
>Not going to have a chance to see her in person for a month
>Ask mutual friend to ask for me over text
>Instead of just asking for me, the friend screenshots the whole conversation about it
>Didn't realize until afterward that that conversation would imply affection (I talked about how I was too nervous to ask and shit like that)
>Get the number
>Text her telling her I got it but can't talk that night (it was getting late)
>She says OK
>Text her the next day
>No response after a full 24 hours

Am I reading into things or is she just a roastie leading me on for fun? What do?
