my eyes arent perfectly symmetrical and i think i need to read up on face sculpting techniques with massages/mewing. the structure of the skull is actually quasi-mallable, especially when theres pressure applied to it regularly

symmetry is MINDBLOWINGLY important for an aesthetic face, jordan barrett case in point (minus the eyes). acutely symmetrical, down to the millimeter, along side good bone structure

yes i have had double eyelid surgery because chink.

surgery itself was a pretty weird experience. aftercare was at times painful but mostly it was uncomfortable walking around with obvious work done.

i had huge qualms before doing it (i have thought about this very often). however, i dont regret it at all. i look a lot better.

Got a nose job to fix my crooked shlomo nose and deviated septum. Feels goos to breathe through my nose but im still ugly as sin though so didnt help me with that. Don't ask for something in particular, just say what you want and you don't want.
Rhynoplasty is a pretty standard procedure. Unless you go cheap, the chance of something going wrong is really low.

But the risk of colossal fuck up is simply too great. And a waiver? How does that encourage the surgeon to do their best? The contract should state the surgeon has to redo it for free if they fuck it up. Then they'll damn well do it right first time, or refuse to do it at all.

Looks are everything, and it seems absurd to say that someone who is significantly below average doesn't need cosmetic surgery, when their ill-treatment as a result of their looks might drive them to suicide.
