How do you deal with being ugly ?
Do you communicate only with people that are ready to look pass that and ignore everyone else ?
It's really depressing being judged on something you have no control over.

Nobody cares how you look if you can pull your weight in the workplace. That is at least the case for me and if you want intimacy you just need to date an ugly girl, standards go out of the window if you have a stable job and can provide. If you are poor and ugly then you are fucked.

That's not always true, i've seen less capable people that were prettier get promoted much faster than someone that knows what they are doing but isn't as handsome.
I was asking in general, not just at the workplace.
