I tried it out of curiosity from January to late May-early June; I find it to be a bit overrated and most benefits to be placebo effects (the biggest for me is very nice morning woods, and better and easier erections throughout the day), but it's still much better than fapping multiple times per day. the real key is /noporn/, porn is the real issue. cut it, and you'll feel less like fapping (and fapping every now and then without porn is fine imo, like once per month or something, you'd have wet dreams anyway which is pretty much the same thing, just discover your wetdream-rythm when on nofap and then follow it). just my 2 cents originalno

My longest streak was 20 days, but I guess I got a terrible case of blue balls. Was some kind of tension in my lower abdomen and had to piss way too often
So now I just fap less

33 days here. If you got a lot of tasks on you, you will go without annoying hard ons for days. You stink less, without deodorant. Your eyes are less hazy. You'd eventually want to be doing more. I also meditate and it helps clean from murky thoughts and helps my streak going. I much prefer it this way, but when there is sexual display, as when I was watching Lynch's Inland Empire, I had a strong urge, but soon easily contained.
Definitely worth it.
