Had my first lucid dream last night. Been training for weeks

I've heard that spinning helps, not shitting you. And yes, nofap helps you dream in general. I notice every time I stop fapping for a day or two my dreams become much more vivid and memorable.

Also pls tell which method you used because I also want to get on that shit asap.

Whenever I think to do it I scratch my back hard enough that I feel a little bit of pain. I'm trying to train myself to do it in my dreams, kind of like the totem in Inception. Strangely enough that isn't how I figured out I was dreaming last night, it just dawned on me suddenly. I also tell myself I'm going to lucid dream before I go to bed and try to get a good nights rest.
