Sometimes i have a simmiliar feel, usually after a nap, i stopped caring and got used to it

I get it when im lying in bed thinking of how life is pointless and usually before i cry

Does it feel like it clenches/grips inside your chest gradually...like slowly gripping and then slowly letting go then gripping again

Does anyone get a sort of tingling sensation up to your throat and towards your tummy too, like the sensation ripples out

I get really extreme butterflies sometimes. Happens when I think about life and how I probably will end up dead soon and how I never had anyone attracted to me and how I just want to feel an ounce of exta familiar love before I die

Yes exactly. Same thing happened to me various times before.

Yeah, I get that too.
My vision also goes a bit strange like I'm viewing from a camera and its slightly zooming out but only for a few milliseconds.
It happens to me when I think about how no one will ever love me and I exist as proof of a bond between two people and not with them

it's called angina pectoris

the serious form needs to get checked out, it is however known that a certain subset of young people (< thirties) can get a lite version whose reason for occurence is not known and as far as was seen so far not dangerous or related to serious problems at all
