When I eat fermented foods (soy sauce, overripe produce), I get severe brain fog that lasts for 3 days.

It's not really a migraine, it's more like my brain is inflamed. Like an allergic reaction in my brain.

Anyone know a cure?

Right now I just eat a very strict diet. But if I accidentally eat a bad food then I can't do my job (software).
