No idea, I wanted to try but when I learned that sleep paralysis was a risk I fucked off from the idea forever. Experienced that shit once, no desire to ever experience it again. I make sure to never sleep on my back now.

Its a bit of a hassle to get it going because you need to create habits like writing about your dreams every time you wake up and doing reality checks all day(shit like looking at your hands to see if they aren't looking funny), then you have some advanced techniques like sleeping while conscious(yeah I know, sound absurd, never tried though).
Google about it a bit, theres not much you need to know
