I've thought about this myself. Problem is most of us are too dysfunctional.
NEET, schizo, lazy, too autistic/anxiety to interact with others, etc.
Too dysfunctional to even group up in the first place. But lets imagine that we managed to group up, then our location would just slowly devolve into a ghetto.
Also, how do you sustain a society without women? You can't. Part of being a robot means that women aren't attracted to you. It wouldn't work.

You can build large floating concrete platforms, those are cheap. But remember to call it an ocean going vessel and not a platform if you are within 200 nmi of a country. Sovereign nations still has rights over platforms, fishing, mining and wave/wind energy within their exclusive economic zone. You'd have to anchor it at least 24 nmi away for some freedom. I think they call this seasteading.
