Trannies should be treated as mentally ill, not encouraged. The World Health Organization still classified transsexualism and gender dysphoria as mental illnesses and it should stay that way. It's been proven that the rates of despression and suicide among trannies do not improve after transitioning, so that clearly isn't the solution.
