I've moved on to asian variety shows. I think the cute girls actually existing in this plain trigger different chemicals in my brain and the escapism is much more enjoyable.

It's 10'times better than anything on American TV, this was especially true in the 90s when I was a teenager, before the great cable show days, everything was a sitcom with prompted laughter and commercials every 5 minutes, like the Big Bang theory
Though honestly you shouldn't watch any TV
