I lack confidence and my voice goes all weird even if I'm just trying to say hello to someone or something. It's fucking disgraceful and I need to fix this.

Do something which involves speaking a lot with people.
If you are reluctant like me, look for an activity where speaking partners/situations are assigned so you cant be left out by normies.

I talk to myself a lot. It's usually in memoir or speech form and I just pace around staring straight ahead. I do alright when I give presentations.

Oak nuggins but that's nuns on ripple good for me
One of the things I did was just practice articulation.
When you're practicing, make sure you're very deliberate and enunciate your words as precisely as you can.
When you're alone read things out loud like you're explaining them to someone else.
In conversations, feel free to take your time and plan out your sentences, don't let your brain rush ahead of your mouth.
If you're in a casual setting, this is ok though.
People will never mishear you again, and you'll come across well spoken.

At the risk of sounding simplistic, practice. Pick a challenging text and read aloud from it daily. All skills are obtained through practice, anon
