>>38175623

https://youtu.be/bUb62rjtNqw
here's a song i wrote subscribe if you like got some plans to make some electronic music on my channel
I enjoyed your song untitled 27 nice and simple melody
Here is something that I created!
This a pretty flower that I drew
https://clyp.it/o1efld1a
I like this a lot. I think it's my best produced track so far. Still got a lot to learn but I think this is listenable.
>>38176096
this is some dope shit anon good work did you sample or record the guitar parts?
>>38176129
Recorded the guitar, programmed everything else.
There are some minor fuck ups in playing but I'll get a microphone in a few weeks and I plan to re-record it then.
Also thanks.
>>38175599
sounds pretty nice.
did you add reverb on that? cause i think that's what i hear. pretty weird to add reverb to something so sparse.
are the drums sampled or did you synthesize them yourself?
anyways, keep making stuff my dude.
>>38176096
that shit is tight. really enjoyed the guitar sound and the quiet part in the middle.
could use some more fitting drum samples though.
here's my WIP techno/house thingy.
trying to learn how to synthesize drums and other things, because i'm sick of using samples.
https://clyp.it/34lmjn1e
Drew this a while ago, nothing special but I'm semi proud of it
>>38176236
Should probably work on the humanization.
What I like to do for drums is to use samples and EQ/layer them to get a more unique sound. It's hard to synthesize a solid drum sound from scratch.
>>38176236
Honestly I don't have a clue about how to use synths and generators or whatever. I've been using sheet music to write until now, and then synthesize it into MIDI.
I downloaded a piano thing and tweaked until it sounded alright, so I probably added some reverb at some point. The drums are from a sample pack I found online.
>>38176307
alright, i'll try that method out. Especially the EQ, it's really a powerful tool.
thanks, bud.
>>38176335
>I've been using sheet music to write until now, and then synthesize it into MIDI.
that's a good approach if you don't want to get into the technical aspect too much. Do you plan to get some more equipment and start doing things the analogue way? I sure wouldn't mind that, but for now i'll stick to my DAW and do things there.
>>38176256
I like it. The glass shards look very nice.
>>38176478
I think I'll be sticking with DAW's for now. I can play piano, ukulele, and a bit of guitar, but I don't really have the tools to record myself.
>>38176256
That's really nice, feels like it would make for good inspiration for a video game.
>>38176556you never accepted my friend request -_-
>>38176623
Where'd you send it to?
>>38176907
discord, you dip.
>>38177056
Who dis?You have been muted for 2 seconds, because your comment was not original.
>>38177125
pls do not bot evade.
i don't think you're who i thought you were.
we talked about daw's and such on discord before.
or maybe it was someone else.
this is too awkward already so nevermind i guess.
>>38177168
I do that kinda thing all the time don't worry. I go by Leap on discord too, if that clears things up. I'm pretty active in the r9k/music servers, so it's possible.
>>38177255
nope definitely wasn't you.
disregard.
carry on.
>>38175954
>>38176018
Those are nice, anon.
Any more?
>>38177255
got a link to r9k music servers?
>>38177536
pretty sure that forward stroke indicates two types of servers, not an r9k music server, anon.
>>38177556
i think i'm dumb but maybe just happy
i don't usually like to share i make videos and music but i will this time i guess to keep the thread going, maybe someone will find it interesting? i like to use my imagination and edit recordings of mine like nightwalks and storms

>>38175599
I quite enjoy these. They have a nice charm to them.
>>38175803
I like your voice and playing. Lo-fi homemade feel is a good feel.
>>38175954
Nice drawing the sea is a fun place to draw. I think it'd be fun to draw a sunken ship.
>>38176018
Very interesting art style, I like it. The lights and the darks are all very comfy and the trees are very spook.
>>38176096
Enjoying this a lot. That bass and all of the electronic sounds work very well with the guitar. Reminds me of music that'd play before going into the final boss.
>>38176256
The glass shards stand out and give it a nice feel and mix well with the atmosphere. Very nice drawing and concept.
tfw not talented enough to do any of those things.
>>38178100
Don't get discouraged, anon.
anyone can pick up guitar or follow Bob Ross's painting lessons. You just gotta try for some time and surely you'll make something worthwile
>>38178100
you have a talent or ability for a creative hobby or interest, you just haven't found it yet. you might end up being great at making things you don't personally like, it happens.
>>38178155
Maybe you're right. I probably should get my lazy ass off of my chair, go outside and actually do something for once.
>>38178232
>outside
that part isn't always necessary but it's a good idea in general
>>38178232
i'm not blaming you, you know. i mostly learned stuff when i still was young and didn't know about 4chan. i do productive stuff really rarely nowadays, but it is pleasant if i get in that kind of mood once in a while.
do try that if you ever feel like it, you won't regret it.
>>38178333
It really is. I always feel better cycling to and from work, it clears my head and makes me feel energised.
>>38178333
You get my point. What I mean is basically get out of my comfort zone and do something new and experiement with different things.
>>38178376
for sure.
i think it's important to learn about things you don't like.
more to the point, try to figure out why you don't like it and how you would improve it. it will teach you a lot about the thing, other things, and yourself.
>tfw can't write or sing for shit
I make drawings of frogs, if that helps. I know it's not popular on this board, but I always laugh at the people who autistically screech at my stuff.
>>38178564
THAT FUCKING FROG ISNT PEPE HES A FUCKING FREDO IMPERSONATOR GET HIM OFF MY BOARD REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
>>38178771

Very originally
>>38178806

>>38175599
wrote something but in my native language soz
but I translated a couple of poems
"Ash like snow
falls gently
on my heart.
Ahead, the Styx."
>>38178817
I have my own characters
It's just more fun to post frogs and make fun of people who get so worked up on them.
>>38175599
here's my art
Oregano
>>38178915
How's it written in your native language? Some of us might speak it.
>>38178985

I can invite you to an art group that might love your stuff.
>>38178564

Nice tits. Wish I could draw porn well. Used to do it a lot in high school but my skills have dulled. Arms always looked fucked anyways.
>>38179023
"Nevica cenere
delicatamente
sul mio cuore.
D'innanzi, lo Stige."
I don't like to tell around I'm a pastabot, but I guess it would be convenient if any of you spoke pasta.
one of my dumb draw things
>>38179023
Oh, other than writing bad shit, I can read tarots too. If you're interested, give me five randomly generated numbers from 0 to 21. No repeats please.

i just wanted to actually be able to see it better but sure ok
>>38179252
nigga that's not a sketch you been postin that on /ic/ for months
it's good but, nice try
>>38179458
the cards are labeled by numbers, so your random generated numbers represent you drawing shuffled cards.
The first card represents what you're looking for in life, the second what you are right now, the third what's in your favour, the fourth what's against you and the fifth the likely outcome.
XVII, the Star. Star means hope in dire situations, wich means you're looking for some comfort in what is stressing you right now, might it be work, love, or just you being on /r9k/.
Right now you're II, the High Priestess. Many meanings for this card, but I'll stick with the simple one. HP represents your affinity with the subconscious and nature. Your attitude towards what's natural, spiritual and phylosophical is a great asset in life, and a great starting position. However, do be careful to not lose sight of the solid ground.
In your favour we have XI, Justice. Justice means anything, really, from karma to the natural way of the world. Having it in your gavour means you probably deserve what you need right now for what you've done in the past wich has done some good on earth.
Against you we have XIV, Temperance. Or, the lack of it. You may lack what it takes to bear what lies ahead, coming most probably from the lack of confidence, not lack of wits. Be prepared! for this is once in a lifetime journey you're making, and shyness should not get in the way of self-progress and relief.
Last card drawn, VIII, Strenght. Nice card, it represents pretty much moral strenght and determination, You may lack confidence, but clearly you have the wits to withstand what's going to crash on you, and finally rest easy and get some hope for your designs in life.
Hope you like it, I had really fun.
>>38179871
Thanks for the reading anon, it was fun. Here's hoping uni goes well for me.
>>38180144
me too, anon, me too. Share some love and luck with your tarotbro

From back when I was a babby DJ and Ableton Live performer.
Back then, I was obsessed with one shot mixes, with no no prep, and instrumentals created on the fly. This is one of the few times I actually recorded it though.
Kind of rough around the edges, but I like it.
Pic related is another one of my creations. It's relevant here because it's a component in my upcoming DJ controller that I'm making.
I've sworn off DJing until I finish building my controller. The ones available commercially leave me with too many complaints.
i photoshopped a cartoon mexican behind the attack on titan wall
im not really creative
