how fucked am i robots i wanted an IT job but not like this not helpdesk not a call center ! im not stuck i can quit any time but the money is alright man. what advice can you give me ?

Just try it. If you succeed then great if you fail then just look for another job. Sorry if this sounds too normie but don't pass job opportunities you will regret it more than if you fail.

Pretty much every technology field is mastered while working on the job. Sorry to break it to you but you wasted your time and money in college so far. IT requires no more than a certificate when it comes to education.
They won't expect you to be an expert right after your training, if you can't figure something out, just ask for help or escalate the ticket. Don't spaz out and quit because you're nervous. IT jobs can be comfy once you know what you're doing
