I have a lot of relatives in the US and they are all very huge Ameriboos. At the same time they tell me they experienced quite a lot of racism and not everything is perfect. I believe most of them didn't have health insurance up until recently. They probably also don't live in the best neighbourhoods.

Funny story, one of my teachers spent 20 years in NYC and one of his biggest problems was his dealing with his co-workers. He was a very deeply religious guy and apparently his cubicle co-workers were a bunch of perverts that would share porn tapes and porn mags and even browse them at lunch.
