Everything you do should be for the good of the race. Other than that nothing matters.

1. Stop watching porn. It gives you cynical view of women and a sex oriented worldview. Women arent that vapid only the shitty ones are.
2.do one task a time. Never watch youtube while doing work or listen to music while reading it kills your ability to focus.
3. Meditate. The benefits you'll get from your newfound awareness is incalculable.
4.If given the oppertunity try something new(no drugs tho) youll almost never regret it.
5. Dont become a lit,psych,gender studies, or history major. Unlesa youre special which i can guarantee you are not it will not get you job.
6.always get phone numbers and be nice to people. You never know when you need a ride.
7. Never listen to the sad people on this board. They'll try to rope you in because misery loves company and convince that they're based. Cynicism and nihilism does not equal wisdom. They dont know shit and have probably never left their county. Once you get roped up in the chad/stacy/roastie model of the world you wont acomplish anything
8. Realize being fit wont get women. Even chubby asian manlet domics and tons of other folks got girls by just being good people with rich personalities. Most robots especially the /fit/ ones are just as shallow as the stacies they mock.
9. Remember that /pol/ is always wrong. They were wrong about trump and continue to spread their cancer. If you think about adopting their ideals remember how cringey those kekistan idiots are.
10. Finally, adopt some sort of relegion or philosophy. For me it was buddhism. Im alot more chill and forgiving and happier than i've been. Also having a relegion/philosophy gives you a structure so that you can get the most out of life. Not just wander the earth unhappy and unsatisfied
