Depends how much later (or earlier rather) you're going to sleep.
Just move closer by half an hour a night.

I did this a few months ago, now I'm still living the comfy NEET lifestyle but I at least could potentially get a job or something lol

go gradually, go so sleep half an hour every four days, if your case is that bad.

have a regular sleep cycle
Then stay up for 24 hours
Then go to bed at 10 pm
Should work like a charm
