You have to talk to girls, like all the time. Just go up to them, say hi, then try to converse. You'll probably say autistic things and creep them out, but the important thing is to keep trying to talk to girls. I read a guide on this shit and it said talk to EVERY girl that you think is cute. I tried to follow that advice and after 4-5 months I met a girl that I developed a real relationship with.
