Eat more, lift, and go outside. It's not that hard. Don't even have to go to a gym, just do different pushup variations and bodyweight squats. Go outside with your shirt off

Fuck man, pull yourself together. I went to the gym a couple hours per week for a while and got decent biceps. They are still pale but it isn't really a problem anymore desu

Also, I already eat decent portions of good food and yet I am skinnyfat. If I was to eat more, I would just become overweight. No matter what I do, my arms stay as pale white bony twigs.
