I used to to this. didnt like having wet hands and i would often rub those dry hands on pants just to add to the effect.

If I'm talking I carefully choose every word or phrase I use. To decide which to use, I'll quickly think of as many possible future scenarios where someone could possibly put my word choice together with some arbitrary shit and discover one of my secrets. Thankfully it hasn't been happening too much since I start taking some anti-anxiety meds.
