the truth is that most people on this board are like this
tfw the people who say this can never prove it, and just like stroking their ego, blind of their inability to accomplish anything

Getting A's in highschool isnt smart. You can be proud you learned quadratic formula in one class where the rest took the whole 6 weeks, but its because they didnt try and neither do you.
There is no such thing as "smart but never shown it because lazy" Id like to think its directly related.
These people are actually smart. It's just that they never had the rigjt circumstances in life to take full advantage and make full use of their intelligence.
They then become extremely bitter about it and retreat from the world and life in general.
This is why having an identity revolving around only one thing in your life is bad, even if it's a good thing.
Being the "smart guy" only goes so far, if that's your everything you're almost certain to end up a shutin unemployed NEET.

>tfw hit someone in the face after winning a fight until there was blood absolutely everywhere
>tfw graduated valedictorian
