As a former junkie it can be, but much of it is pretty mental. When you binge on it for a few weeks or months, getting off can make you feel sluggish and depressed. Coming off anything sucks, but it pales in comparison to being full blown dope sick.

Kratom is mediocre. Could be addicting but nothing too serious.

I take it every other day, and take a break on the last week of the month. On days I take it, I take it 2-3 times, each dose anywhere from 2-4g.
I don't seem to have any withdrawal when I don't use it, but it's the only thing I look forward to in my dull life.
