I believe Wojak would have a very soft voice, similar to Morgan Freeman. Pepe would have a deep voice, somewhat croak-y, like an old man but not so old, if you get what I'm trying to say.

I think it's more fun to imagine them as mostly silent characters like Tom and Jerry. Maybe broken up with the occasional sound effect or song.
