yeah, nuss. But I don't think I can get the nuss procedure by the time I have the money. Nuss is normally done to younger patients 25< years, I think. Probably younger than that. It's shitty because I have some nice abs that would look better if it weren't for my shitty concave chest.

gyne surgery is wayyyy less expensive than pectus surgey. and less extreme, and it's more common, so you don't have to look a lot for good surgeons.

but yeah, I've met people with bad gyne, and it looks ridiculous, it's just that it's easier to get it fixed.

I had this surgery when I was 13. Kept the bar in me for 3 years. Perfectly corrected my ribcage. The bar removal was outpatient.

There was a lot of pain though but I think it was worth it.

I have the opposite which is worse but I don't really care anymore, it's only bad if you let it fuck with your self esteem or if it gives you health problems

Not sure if it's worse because with a shirt on it just makes my pecs looks bigger. It's always embarrassing when I take off my shirt tho and my top abs rest on my rib cage and look wonky as shit. I'm lucky that I have it minor but I still have to constantly watch my weight because the shape of my rib cage would make my stomach bulge if I wasn't pretty skinny
