I started lifting about 5 momths, 6 days a week.
I noticed i've been getting female attention and some of them have actually been texting me.

How do you trust someone you've never met before or don't really know?

What are you testing them for? Fucked if I know. Everyone has a checklist of stuff they want. For example: I'm attracted to women that would make a good mother for my kids, were we to have them, women who don't drink or do drugs regularily, Women who are kind to people when there's nothing to gain. So in my case, I:

That's where you got caught in your lie. Nobody lifts 6 days a week, you wouldn't even grow muscle, it would deteroriate instead, not to mention you would be exhausted by the second week. Your muscles grow during resting, not during lifting.

I decided to start one day, looked up some training routines and that was it. I never really bothered with anyone else. Sometimes you feel like not going but you have to commit to it.

My oneitis broke up with me a month and a half ago.
Been working hard at eating less and trying to do light lifting/cardio/body weight exercises.
Really seeing a difference, lost fat and built a little muscle, have a little more fat to lose and then I will just care about gaining muscle.

Honestly I need to start eating /better/ but all you really need to do is count calories. Caloric deficit is what it takes. I have been eating like that a few weeks and taking multivitamins and doing great.
Going to start shopping better and making my own food though, I would suggest going to /fit/ and asking questions about food based on what specific goals you have in mind.
Once I get my exercising going more intense I am probably going to try and focus on eating foods that maximise testosterone (tumeric+black pepper or uncooked, crushed garlic + protein) and then do more cardio on top of that.
Currently I have mostly been making sandwiches, eating chicken, chips and salsa lol, and drinking mostly water, with some milk or juice here or there and a soda every few days to stave off cravings for that.
Water all the way, when I wake up I look a lot better than at the end of the day because of water weight and stuff, but its worth it, feeling better. Went water only for a while but I feel like doing that makes it easier to lose focus and eat/drink bad because you start craving flavor and texture.

I don't bother with that. Exercise usually only burns up to like 1000 cals a day (this is me pulling it out of my ass but its something like that) if you are doing high intensity stuff. I am just shooting for a sub-1500 cal a day diet and once I am down to the body fat percentage I want I will start eating more while exercising harder.

I personally would not eat while assuming burned calories from exercise unless you are doing some very strenuous workouts regularly, that is an easy way to overestimate yourself and eat too much.
