how do you recognize them? how do you find out their insecurities? why don't you use your power to become a pimp? do you cheat? do you hit girls? what's the exact process of breaking them?

Preying on the defenseless is not cool. I did that with my ex though, and I can't deny it's arousing when someone depends on you on an emotional level.

I usually just give compliments to girls. A lot of girls can't accept a compliment, and that's how you know you got one.

Self depreciating humor is also a great way to find out if they're insecure. If they use that as their main source of humor, you found one.
Side note: Stop self depreciating, it's not funny, and it comes off as really insecure to any person with the slightest bit of social knowledge.

Another great way is to see if they constantly talk about themselves. Insecure people are very narcissistic, believe it or not, except it's almost the reverse. They constantly focus on themselves, and on their insecurities, instead of their positive traits.
