I did it recently, 3rd attempt. I failed 2 times because of my own fault, I was nervous as fuck and made mistakes I never did before.

3rd time I was kinda able to relax and just make it through safe without making any huge mistake.

I think a lot of people don't pass their first test, you're operating a huge machine and navigating hundreds of different tiny rules.
It's very stressful and daunting, so that probably makes you make more mistakes as well.

I took my first test in a notoriously "hard" location (something I learned later) in a mini-van with a cunt who clearly wanted to fail everyone. It was horrible. The second time around I practiced more, but I took it in a better area with a smaller car and someone who was actually trying to do their job. Passed with only 5 points lost for a minor thing. It all boils down to stupid things outside of your actual driving ability. Don't give up, just strategize more. I believe in you anon.

What's the course like? In the US, you typically just drive on the streets surrounding the office you're taking the test at. If it's anything like that over there, you might do well to practice driving around in whatever location you plan on attempting the exam in. Get whoever usually supervises you to do a mock exam and note where you fuck up. After enough familiarity, the anxiety will subside somewhat and you'll be able to think clearer and make logical decisions more easily.
