As the person who made it, I was inspired to do so when my hikke cousin got arrested for CP.

I probably was influenced by that.
I was also always super autistic for kid's stories or cartoons with anthropomorphized animals like Wind in The Willows, so some of that is probably behind the "if Pepe was a pedo he'd jack it to tadpoles" or "if Japanese people were amphibians they'd be salamanders" rationale.
